Emergence of the THE CALL Ministry

Late in 2025 Missionary Russell Murray on a number of occasions was prompted by the Holy Spirit to contact an old friend Dale Hussey. They had not been in contact with each other for decades. It seemed very strange that the Lord wanted him to contact Dale Hussey. One day while Russell was talking to someone he asked if he knew Dale Hussey. He said yes. Russell asked if he had Dale’s number and he said yes

During that time, there was a realization that God was bringing these two together for His purposes. By the Spirit, Missionary Russell Murray said one day, “Dale, let’s go light some fires!” Later, Russell mentioned to Dale, “Let’s call this ministry ‘The Call.’”

For months, these two brothers communicated by phone until their first meeting, where they ministered together in Hagersville, Ontario, on May 3, 2026. Their very first collaboration in ministry was outstanding. Now these two brothers are willing to go wherever God sends them.
The Call: This ministry is all about calling people to know God; To receive Jesus as Lord and savior.
